Between 1-6 days as I drop by the Post Office at least once a week!

If your order contains back or pre-order items, please refer to the product descriptions for the estimates.

Under current circumstances, shipping estimates are:

UK: 1-3 working days

International Tracked and Standard (air-mail): 7-60 days*

International Economy (surface-mail, eligible purchases only): 42-90 days**

*if your order hasn't arrived after 12 weeks / 84 days (or 18 weeks (126 days) for economy**), please contact me directly and I can help arrange some options for a replacement/partial refund following my store policy. Please make sure you contact me as soon as these time limits are over so that I can make a claim on your behalf, if you fail to do so, I won't be able to offer a full replacement/refund.

Please note that some orders might incur custom fees which may also affect the delivery time. Make sure you understand your countries' custom fees before placing an order, as these are not included in the price of shipping and must be covered by you (if any).

Please make sure your order was sent via International Tracked (options available at check-out). Orders sent under International Standard or International Economy do not include tracking and cannot be traced during transit.

If you did choose the tracked option, then your dispatch email will contain the tracking information for your parcel. All items are sent and can be tracked via Royal Mail.

Of course! Please contact me via email with the items you'd like to add and your order number. I can then edit your current order and send a new invoice. If you already placed a new order, please let me know both order numbers and I will combine them.
