ORDERS: Shipping, Packaging, Order Changes / Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

(Please note, if your order has already been dispatched then it can't be amended, customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout).

Of course! Please contact me via email with the items you'd like to add and your order number. I can then edit your current order and send a new invoice.

If you have already placed a new order, please let me know both order numbers and I will combine them.

Orders will be dispatched during the dispatch period (announced at the top of the site).

If your order contains back or pre-order items, please refer to the product descriptions for the estimates.

All items are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail (or Parcelforce for large US orders) and may incur custom fees depending on your country.

These fees are not included in the shipping price and must be covered by you (if any).

I'm actively trying to switch to better eco-friendly alternatives and using items made from recycled materials wherever possible. Currently all packaging (apart from small cello bags (for charms) and shrink wrapped items (sketchbooks)), are either made out of recycled material; are 100% recyclable; or are bio-degradable/compostable.

Occasionally I will re-use packaging that I received myself and saved up, these won't always be as eco-friendly (or as pretty) but I believe it's much better to get the most use out of them as possible rather than letting them go to waste.

If your order hasn't arrived after 12 weeks it can be presumed lost, please contact me directly and I can help arrange some options for a replacement/partial refund following my store policy.

Liability of stolen or damaged goods lies outside of my responsibility and must be taken up with the postal services. However, where appropriate, I'll be happy to arrange a replacement following my store policy. Please contact me directly with your order number and any photos of the damaged items.

Please make sure your order was sent via International Tracked (options available at check-out). Orders sent under International Standard or International Economy do not include tracking and cannot be traced during transit.

If you did choose the tracked option, then your dispatch email will contain the tracking information for your parcel. All items are sent and can be tracked via Royal Mail.

All orders are final once dispatched, unfortunately no exchanges, refunds or returns can be accepted.
