Shipping & Returns / Shop Policy

By placing an order on trickywagon.shop you are agreeing to all of the shop policies and terms of service.

Prices are charged in GBP, all orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Customer Responsibilities

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, please check over the items and shipping address carefully to avoid any future inconveniences.
For any amendments, please contact me immediately via email (hello[at]trickywagon.net) or using the shop contact form.

Customers are responsible for any incorrect or missing (address) information. I am unable to alter your order once it has been dispatched.

International orders (those outside the UK) may be subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for checking and paying these. (Further info below).

Changes / Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All orders are final once dispatched, no exchanges, refunds or returns. 
For any issues regarding your package, such as loss or damage, please contact me directly and I'll do my best to help!

Shipping Information & Policy

Tracking is NOT provided with Standard Air Mail or Economy Mail, you MUST select the Tracked Air Mail option at checkout to receive a tracking number.

Customers whom select Standard or Economy shipping are deemed aware that the order cannot be tracked or traced, therefore under the rare circumstance that a package is lost/stolen/damaged, it is to be taken up with the postal services. I cannot be held liable (though I will do my best to assist)!
If you have any problems with an International Tracked package, then please contact me with your tracking and order number!

Weight Restrictions

The maximum for each package (order):

  • UK: 10kg
  • US: 5kg
  • Everywhere else: 2kg

If there are no shipping options at checkout, you might be overweight, try the following:

  1. Adjust the number of items in your cart to reduce the weight.
  2. Alternatively, you can place more than one order, and your items will be posted in separate packages.
  3. Contact me for other shipping options on heavier orders.

Transit Estimates

Shipping estimates start from the dispatch date, and vary depending on the destination:

UK (1st class): 1-5 working days

International Standard (air mail): 3-7 business days*

International Tracked (air mail): 3-7 business days*

International Economy (surface-mail, eligible purchases only): 14-90 days**

*if your order has yet to arrive after 12 weeks (18 weeks for economy**), please contact me directly to arrange some options for a replacement/partial refund following my store policy. Further info can be found at: https://www.royalmail.com/

Customs / Tariffs / Import Tax

Please note that some orders may incur customs / import tax fees which could also affect the delivery time. Make sure you understand your country's import policies for goods arriving from the UK before placing an order, as these are not included in the price and must be covered by you (if any).

NOTE TO EU BUYERS, due to the UK's departure from the EU, packages are now subject to customs charges, please research your own country's regulations before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees.

All paper items, including books, prints, stickers (vinyl incl.), bookmarks and comics are duty free for most countries (including the US) regardless of where they were manufactured.

The current items outside of this scope, such as enamel pins and acrylic charms, are made in China, and may incur extra fees if imported, depending on your country. I will do my best to source UK manufacturing in the future.

The customer is liable to check and pay any customs for their order.
